Not only is Steeple View Lofts close to major cities, it’s also within walking distance to the shops, café culture, and Central Market, making living here ideal! It was impossible for me to find grass-fed beef anywhere I lived, but I went into Central Market and found it immediately!

Steeple View Lofts allowed us to shed the responsibilities of keeping up a larger home and gave us the freedom to spend our time volunteering and traveling. Since we moved in, we have done two cross-country trips to visit our children. We know our mail and other deliveries will be taken care of and when we return, our neighbors will be happy to see us.

One benefit of living at SVL is the weekly menu provided by Landis Communities that includes main dishes, soups and rotisserie chicken that can be delivered right to your door. It’s good, nourishing food, and I often have one of their soups for a quick and nourishing meal.

I especially like the small number of apartments — 36 in all. Compared with large and ever expanding retirement villages elsewhere, it is possible to know everyone who lives here by name. I keep a floorplan chart on my refrigerator that shows who lives in each apartment. The chart is updated when new tenants move in.
